Dianna Sheppard brings 28 years of just that to Cognet, with her extensive leadership in the executive suite and her passion for hands on problem solving, in several capacities she is a great investor for the stage of our company.
Most recently, Dianna was the President and CEO of Advantec, a leading HR service provider specializing in both Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) products. During her tenure she brought an expanded product suite, new technology, process and operating platforms to lead to the planned sale of the company in 2011.
She is a former Senior Vice President for Ceridian, a leading HR managed business solutions organization serving more than 20 million employees and 75 percent of the Fortune 500. She managed payroll, benefits, EAP services, time and attendance, tax filing in both sales and operational capacities over her 21 years.
In addition to the many years she served in high level positions in the HR outsourcing and software industries, Dianna has personal experience as a business owner and entrepreneur which is significant to her proven ability to understand and meet client expectations. Dianna serves on the Thunderbird Global Advisory Council and has a keen understanding that the world is connecting faster and in ways that require vision and discipline to succeed.
