Our partner is our client, a chicken and egg story depending who speak to of course. Being an outsourcing provider, we determined that
outsourcing our marketing to someone much more qualified than us was a must, so we did. A few months into the relationship they asked
if we could help them, and now we scratch each other's back by supporting their web design, post video production and project management.

Goals
Consolidate multiple vendors and 1099's into one relationship
and reduce the cost by 50 percent. The other goal was to get
out of paying by the hour and agree on a fixed, per seat cost.
That makes the old budget a lot easier. |

Economics
Within the first year we were able to reduce their "back office"
cost by over 60 percent, ahead of our goal and faster than we
anticipated. Once we had each other's trust, the kicker is that
by moving more things like post production video work, we are
able to compound that savings even more. The more you trust,
the more you save. |

Metrics and Guaranteed Results
We also agreed to reduce their web design, mini-web site and
all HTML work down from around 72 hours to between 24 and 48.
We were able to do so, which gets their customer's campaigns
in the street even faster, making them happier and hopefully
speeding up revenue for all. |
