non-client facing processes could be supported by Cognet. This also included internal functions and implementation support.

Goals
The client wanted to reallocate money spent on internal
functions like accounting or client set up, to building out
sales and channel partners. We set a goal to reduce
internal overhead costs by 25 percent, and explore the
prospect of reducing time of install by 20 percent.

Economics
We entered into this partnership during a transaction, which gave
us unique perspective into the synergistic combination of overhead
costs available. We determined that accounting and corporate
support could reduce costs and contribute to servicing acquisition
costs by 29 percent, above our target.

Metrics and Guaranteed Results
We also set goals on the reduction of the monthly close cycle,
which was reduced from nearly three weeks to seven days, as
well as a reduction of over 25 minutes to the installation time
for new clients, both of which have been accomplished.
